Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX Launched in India: Kawasaki has officially launched the all-new Ninja H2 SX in India for INR 21.80 lakh. Not just that, Ninja H2 SX SE was also launched at the same event for INR 26.80 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom, pan India.
To the biggest surprise, the price tag is INR 12 lakh under the entry level Ninja H2, making the bike a fantastic option for those who need power and comfort blended into the machine.
It carries the same supercharged heart from Ninja H2 and thus, unmatched value comes packed with this delightful package. If compared with the pricing of Ninja ZX-10RR, the H2 SX is just few rupees under the track specific ZX-10RR’s ex-showroom price.
The 998cc, four cylinder engine on the motorcycle is good for 200 PS at 11000 rpm and 137.3 Nm at 9500 rpm. This tune offers more torque at a lower rpm as Ninja H2 is good for 133.5 Nm at 10500 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
The use of touring friendly accessories has raised the weight by 18 kgs on the new Ninja H2 SX. Buyers can even go for Ninja H2 SX SE at INR 26.80 lakh for better shade option and added features.
The design of Ninja H2 sub-frame was altered to get the best out of pillion comfort and safety. Kawasaki offers traction control, quick-shifter, launch control and engine brake control as standard on the motorcycle. No other brand is presently offering a supercharged motorcycle and Kawasaki now have 5 variants for the same in India.
Leading the supercharged pride, mighty Ninja H2R is the most expensive model with 310PS of maximum power and 165 Nm of class leading torque. It even weighs just 216 kg and claims 400 kmph of top speed under closed riding conditions.
