Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R Pre-Bookings Open in Indonesia: The pre-bookings for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R have been officially commenced in the Indonesian markets. The motorcycle will be available to the customers at the specific Kawasaki dealerships starting from April 4, 2020, while the brand is expected to launch the sports machine with the official price tag on the same day.

To promote the upcoming mighty sports motorcycle, the Japanese brand has officially launched a promotional video of the ZX-25R in which the bike is ridden by Jonathan Rea, Kawasaki Racing Team’s World Superbike rider. The ride was filmed at the Jerez Circuit in Spain while the motorcycle is shown hitting the top speed of 160kmph in its fifth gear.

The quarter-litre Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R was initially unveiled back in October 2019 while the brand has not yet disclosed the power and torque figures offered by the 249cc 4-cylinder engine equipped on the motorcycle. Some of the reports suggest that the BS6-compliant motorcycle will be capable of offering maximum power of 60HP though how true the rumours are is yet to be seen. The engine will be further mated to a 6-speed gearbox mated to a quickshifter for easy up and down gearshifts.

Coming to the design language, the twin-pod headlights setup at the front compliments its bulky profile while the split-seat saddle offers it a distinguished outlook. The suspension duties are handled by inverted telescopic forks at the front while the rear has been mated to a horizontal back-link suspension. The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R has been equipped with traction control and can be operated in multiple riding modes. It is also being rumoured that Kawasaki will bring the Ninja ZX-25R to India later this year and it will be available in limited numbers.
