The rendered image of the next generation 2017 KTM Duke 390 have come up from the spy shot and reveals the overall deisgn of the bike. The spy shots have been taken while its testing in Europe and gives a glimpse of the performance offering.
The shots reveal that the design and styling have an evolutionary change with a fully redesigned fuel tank featuring longer extensions overlapping the USD front forks.
The headlight cluster has got a entirely new sports split setup for setting up of the multi-beam lights. The 2017 KTM Duke 390 has got a tweaked frame with a shorter rear section and the LED tail light have gone under the pillion seat.

The new model will feature fully new switch gear and fully digital instrument console which seem to be inspired from the new Duke 690. It will have the recently updated side-mounted exhaust and adjustable levers, LED indicators and DRLs.
2017 KTM 390 Duke will get its power from the same 373.2 cc single-cylinder engine with improved power and torque output along with Ride-by-Wire technology.
According to reports, the new engine will have a second counter-balancer shaft to reduce vibrations from the motor along with some changes with ECU and an improved cooling system. The 2017 Duke 390 will run on Metzeler tyres with disc brakes both at the front and rear with ABS, slipper clutch, and WP sourced mono-shock suspension setup.
The KTM Duke 390 2017 version is expected to rule hearts and will continue to be one of the highest selling bikes in the market. Although a price escalation of Rs. 20,000-25,000 is expected for the new 2017 model of Duke 390 but we will still have to wait till the official unveil at 2016 EICMA Show in Milan (November 2016).
