According to a recent report from IAB, KTM is all set to launch 9 new motorcycles in the coming years though, the buyers in India will be able to get their hands on 5 models only. The brand is currently at the position to establish itself as one of the best premium motorcycle manufacturers across the world.

Coming to the first product from the list, the KTM 390 Adventure is one of the most anticipated bikes in the Indian market and it is expected to be unveiled next month at the EICMA 2019. Powering the KTM 390 Adventure will be the 373.2cc single-cylinder engine borrowed from the Duke 390 and RC 390.
The engine is capable of offering a maximum power figure of 43.5HP and a peak torque of 37Nm. The adventure version is expected to generate a different set of power and torque figures.
One can expect the brand to launch the 390 Adventure with a price tag of around INR 3 lakh (ex-showroom). Another one of the confirmed upcoming motorcycles is the KTM 250 Adventure, which is also expected to be unveiled along with the 390 Adventure variant at the upcoming EICMA auto show.
The new-gen KTM Supermoto range is likely to feature the 690 SMC R in addition to 390 SMC R/SM R, 390 SM T, and the 390 Enduro R though, the brand is only expected to reveal them in concept form at the upcoming EICMA 2019. The Supermoto range is not expected to be launched in India as of yet.
Coming to the all-new 490cc KTM variants, the motorcycles namely 490 Duke, RC 490, and the 490 Adventure are expected to be launched in India in the coming years while getting a hefty premium over the 390cc range.
In addition to this, the 490cc range from the Austrian brand will also feature the 490 Supermoto and 490 Enduro though, these two bikes won’t launch in India. The KTM 890 range will include the 890 Duke and the 890 Adventure. As of now, there is no confirmation whether the 890cc range will be made available to the Indian market or not.
