KTM 390 Adventure Premium Variant in the Making

According to recent reports, the KTM 390 Adventure Premium variant is expected to be introduced by the brand in the coming 6 to 8 months. The motorcycle variant is further expected to get a premium of INR 15,000 - INR 20,000 with the addition of several new premium features with an adjustable front suspension being one of them. At present, the India-spec variant of KTM 390 Adventure is available in the market with a price tag of INR 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom). One of the most sought-after features expected to be offered to the premium variant of the motorcycle will be the adjustable WP inverted forks at the front and a fully adjustable rear monoshock unit which are currently available in the international-spec variant. The adjustable front forks allow the rider to set them according to the road conditions. For instance, the rider can set the forks down on a smooth surface to ensure better handling of the motorcycle while the forks can be adjusted up in the bad road conditions to offer maximum stability. The front forks in both the international-spec and India-spec variant feature the same specifications though the cartridge adjustment varies with the both. In addition to this, the brand is also expected to offer the KTM 390 Adventure Premium variant with a fully-adjustable monoshock unit at the rear which can be set accordingly and will offer both preload and rebound adjustability. Apart from the updated suspension system, the Premium variant of the motorcycle is expected to feature a host of power parts which includes the likes of headlight guard at the front in addition to handlebar pads, fork sliders as well as a GPS mount. The customers can also expect the brand to offer an all-new India-spec luggage rack with the KTM 390 Adventure Premium variant.
