KTM Bikes Sales Report (April 2018): KTM India sold 4,141 units in April 2018, bringing an effective start of this financial year by posting positive sales trend for the 390 series.
KTM 250 Duke was least selling model with just 669 units while 200 Duke and RC 200 collectively got 2672 units in April 2018. It can be undoubtedly said that 200 is still the favorite Indian KTM series. 390 Duke and RC 390 were also good for 800 units during this period.
Introduction of ride by wire, LED lights and much more into these top spec bikes have made them irresistible for everyone spending above INR 2 lakh on a motorcycle.
Not just that, it can also be said that demand for 250 Duke may also be down due to increased interest of buyers in 390 Duke. Also, Yamaha FZ25 offers almost the same performance and saves a lot more in terms of ex-showroom price than 250 Duke.
