Within just eleven days since the official launch of KTM RC 125 in India, the brand has been able to secure a sales figure of 614 units in the month of June 2019. The deliveries for the RC 125 commenced only a few days ago while the sports bike was launched in India on June 19 with a price tag of INR 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike has seen a positive response from the buyers considering its epic performance and has joined the KTM 125 Duke as one of the best-selling products from the brand.
The KTM RC 125 with its tremendous fan following competes in the market with the likes of Yamaha YZF-R15, which is currently available at an ex-showroom price tag of INR 1.40 lakh. Powering the KTM RC 125 is a 124.7cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled 4-Valve, DOHC engine capable of churning out a maximum power of 14.5 HP at 9,250 rpm and an utmost torque of 12 Nm at 8,000 rpm. With a top speed of around 115 kmph, the feature-packed product from KTM is quite a hit considering the crowd enthusiasm and its first sales report.
