Talking about the design, the next-gen RC models feature an all-new front fascia, fuel tank, and side fairings. In terms of the hardware components, the tyres, suspension, and exhaust look more or less similar to the current-gen models. Mechanically, the new KTM RC 200 would be equipped with the same 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine, which would come mated to a 6-speed gearbox. It is expected that KTM may also tweak the engine to generate slightly more power and torque. The current-gen model is good for a maximum power of 25 HP along with a peak torque of 19.2 Nm. In terms of pricing, the new model of RC 200 is expected to get an ex-showroom price tag of around INR 2.15 lakhs. The current-gen model of the KTM RC 390 is powered by a 373cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine, which is good for 43.5 HP of maximum power and 36 Nm of peak torque. The next-gen model will come equipped with an updated engine and the torque figure may get a bump in performance as Duke 390 is good for 37Nm of torque. In terms of pricing, the new model of the RC 390 is expected to get a price tag of around INR 2.80 lakhs (ex-showroom).
