Mahindra’s flagship product is all gearing up for a wonderful experience of riding with its increasing number of sales unit in the coming months. It sold 93 units from 19 locations in the country last month whereas Honda’s extensive dealership network could not even get a number above 83 for their CBR250R.
This shows the decline of interest in the riders for the old fashioned CBR design and even presents the failure of the company in bringing the most beautiful design in the small capacity sport bikes internationally. The sharp decline from 212 to just 83 units can end the time for the CBR250R in the coming months.
On the other hand, Mojo will witness a positive growth as it’s expansion of dealer networks would extend the reach and possibility of more motorcycles on the roads. As it has always been a trend, more on the road will attract more people. Mojo can be seen selling in 4 digit numbers when the practicality of this beautiful creation comes before the masses.
Mahindra is still working on the bike and we can expect the entry of an ABS version in the coming weeks. Mojo is powered by a 294.72 cc, single cylinder engine producing 26.82 Bhp and 30 Nm of torque. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox and uses a huge 21 liter fuel tank. It currently sells for INR 1,63,000.
