The 2019 Mahindra Mojo 300 ABS has been launched a few months back while the brand started accepting bookings for the motorcycle from July 2019. As per the official Facebook page of Mahindra Mojo, the deliveries of the motorcycle have been commenced across several dealerships across India. Venture Motors in Aluva, Kochi has recently delivered 5 units of the motorcycle in a single day.
On the other hand, NAFS Motors, Bangalore also unveiled the Mahindra Mojo ABS to the customers at a launch event ceremony. The Mahindra Mojo ABS is available to the customers in two colours: Blue and Black while gets a price tag of INR 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
With owl-shaped twin headlamps at the front, the motorcycle features the same design language as that of the Mojo UT300. The motorcycle has been equipped with Pirelli Angel CT tyres as standard. The 2019 model features a “300 ABS” badging at the under-seat cowl and gets an authentic thin tail section with LED taillights while the blackened-out components offer it a unique look.
Mahindra Mojo has also been equipped with a revised instrument panel which now features an ABS indicator while the brand has also revised the rake angle of the motorcycle for comfortable riding experience.
Powering the Mahindra Mojo is the same 294.72cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, DOHC engine that is now good for a maximum power of 25.93 HP and an utmost torque of 28 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The braking duties on the updated motorcycle are handled by 320mm single disc brake at the front and a 240mm single disc at the rear mated to dual-channel ABS as standard.
The Mahindra Mojo ABS gets telescopic forks at the front while the rear of the motorcycle gets a monoshock absorber. The motorcycle competes in the market with the likes of Bajaj Dominar 400, KTM 250 Duke, Royal Enfield Classic 350, and Suzuki Gixxer 250.
