The complete specifications of the Mahindra Mojo 300 ABS have leaked online ahead of its launch. The bike has also started reaching the dealerships across India. Mechanically, the bike will come with a 294.72cc fuel-injected, DOHC, liquid-cooled engine which is good enough to produce 25.93 HP of maximum power at 7500 rpm and 28 Nm of peak torque at 5500 rpm. The engine will be mated to a six-speed transmission.
The maximum power and peak torque output of the upcoming Mahindra Mojo 300 ABS lies in between the discontinued models of the Mojo, the UT300 and the XT300. In terms of dimensions, the yet-to-be-launched Mojo 300 ABS is 2115mm in length, 800mm in width and 1150mm in height. The wheelbase of the bike is 1460mm while it has a ground clearance of 165mm. The fuel tank capacity of the bike is 21-litres, and the kerb weight stands at 181.5 kg.
The dimensions of the bike are similar to the Mojo UT300. Even the tyre size of the bike matches with the discontinued UT variant. It has got a 110/70-R17 front tyre and a 140/70-R17 rear tyre. While the UT300 used MRF sourced tyres, the Mojo 300 ABS has been spotted with Pirelli Angel CT tyres. There is a chance that Mahindra may offer MRF tyre equipped variant of 2019 Mojo at a relatively lower price.
In terms of suspension, the Mahindra Mojo 300 ABS comprises of conventional telescopic front forks and a gas-charged monoshock at the back. The braking performance of the bike is handled by a 320mm single disc with a fixed radial calliper at the front and a 240mm single disc with an axial floating calliper for the rear. The upcoming bike will be equipped with a dual-channel ABS unit. The motorcycle is expected to arrive with a price tag of INR 1.88 lakh (ex-showroom, Bangalore).
