2020 Royal Enfield Classic is one of the most anticipated motorcycles from the brand that is expected to be launched in the coming months. Equipped with a BS6-compliant engine, the updated Classic cruiser from the brand has been offered multiple cosmetic changes though the overall design language has been retained when compared to the current-gen variant.
The retro styling of the motorcycle has been retained by the brand while the round headlight with chrome housing is also the same. The handlebar grips have been tweaked further and now feature chrome finishing at the ends.
The brand has further equipped the 2020 Royal Enfield Classic motorcycle with an all-new round tail light unit mated to yellow turn indicators at either side. The grab rail offered to the updated motorcycle has also been redesigned while at the same time, the under-seat panel has also been revised.
The updated motorcycle features a redesigned split seat setup that looks almost identical to the upcoming 2020 Thunderbird X variant. The brand has further equipped the pillion and rider seat with better cushioning for additional comfort.
Coming to one of the most sought after changes, the 2020 Royal Enfield Classic 350 features an all-new semi-digital instrument console which features a digital display just below the centre-pod. The instrument panel further features an updated design for the analogue speedometer.
Powering the upcoming motorcycle will be a BS6-compliant engine while some reports also suggest the brand to increase the displacement of the motorcycle from 346cc to around 400cc since the 500cc Classic is expected to be discontinued shortly.
The 2020 Royal Enfield Classic further features a rear disc brake setup on the right side while the rear suspension has also been revised. Once launched in India, one can expect the updated cruiser to get a premium of INR 10,000-INR 15,000 over its current-gen variant, which is presently available at INR 1.53 lakh (ex-showroom).
