Earlier, the Thunderbird 350’s replacement was expected to be launched in April 2020 but due to the lockdown, the brand had halted all the operations back at its manufacturing units from March 23, 2020. As per the latest details available, the Meteor 350 is expected to launch in the Indian market very soon.

Coming to the new features, the Meteor cruiser is equipped with a single-pod instrument cluster with an LCD panel. In addition to this, the instrument console also features a notification unit surrounding the same. The brand has further equipped a smaller unit adjacent to the LCD screen though its functionality is not known as of yet.

In terms of the overall profile, the Royal Enfield Meteor features identical design language as that of the Thunderbird X while featuring a Meteor 350 badging on the toolbox. The upcoming Royal Enfield Meteor 350 will come equipped with a fuel-injected engine complying to the new BS6 emission norms. The bike is expected to be launched in India at a starting price tag of around NR 1.70 lakhs.
