2018 Royal Enfield Classic 500 vs Classic 350: Royal Enfield recently launched Classic 500 Stealth Black Edition for INR 2,05,200 (on-road Chennai). This typical model is wrapped in Matte Black and covers even the minimum detail in styling like Black headlight casing, suspension caps and seat material.
Even the rims are basically Black and use chrome spokes for premium feel. Stealth Black is powered by the same 499cc, single cylinder engine producing 27.2 BHP at 5250 rpm and 41.3 Nm at 4000 rpm. The motorcycle comes with fuel injection and brings 240mm rear disc brake to this segment.

Another big thing from Indian manufacturer is the launch of Classic 350 Gunmetal Grey. The 346cc, single cylinder engine on Gunmetal Grey Classic 350 is good for the same output as standard version. Complete metal parts on the motorcycle, including its side boxes, are painted in Matte Grey and use Black for highlighting all the monikers.
Royal Enfield uses dark tan seat finish and Thunderbird sourced rear swing arm on Classic 350 Gunmetal Grey Edition. This helps them plant a 240mm rear disc for better braking on their bestseller. This same change is seen on Stealth Black Edition also. It costs INR 1,59,700 (on-road Chennai).
