Royal Enfield Himalayan SG-411 Live Photos and Quick Details

Royal Enfield UK and Bali-based Smoked Garage recently revealed an exclusively-built Himalayan named SG-411. The number in this name represents the engine displacement of this beautiful machine while SG is the abbreviation for Smoked Garage. The RE Himalayan carries a lot of potential for modification as it has got a massive stance and segment-leading wheel travel.

The frame of the stock motorcycle has been modified by Smoked Garage to handle the exclusively-placed monoshock and the custom body panels. The fuel tank extensions are inspired by a typical street machine while the tail section has been chopped-off to make way for the thin single seat. The retro-modern design of the Himalayan SG-411 is truly astonishing.

The extended swingarm, along with the improved front and rear suspension, makes this Himalayan a unique offering. The SG-411 features 43mm USD Showa front forks while the rear monoshock has been sourced from Ohlins. The spoke wheels have been covered with black covers while the tyres look really massive for a motorcycle of this size.

The Dunlop K180 tyres have thick blocks while the front suspension has been equipped with fork guards with Royal Enfield branding. The headlight is the most futuristic component you can spot on this bike, creating a jet fighter-style streamlined design for a basic adventure motorcycle. The front end of the Himalayan SG-411 is equipped with 310mm dual disc brakes with Nissin 4-piston callipers.

The performance aspects must have improved on the Himalayan SG-411 with a drop of 19kgs in the overall weight in comparison to the stock version. The 411cc, single-cylinder fuel-injected engine on the motorcycle is good for 24.5HP of maximum power and 32Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The riding position is still straight while the motorcycle is equipped with a free-flow exhaust unit.

The instrument console seen here is also different in comparison to the console seen on the stock model of the India-spec Royal Enfield Himalayan. The cost of modification and the total price of the Himalayan SG-411 is not known at the moment.
