Royal Enfield to Launch 3 New Bikes in India This Year: According to the latest buzz, the Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacturer, Royal Enfield is expected to launch 3 new bikes in India this year. All the upcoming motorcycles will be based on the recently devised “J Platform” that will be replacing the UCE-engine platform earlier used for the cruisers under the brand’s portfolio.

Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Spotted Undisguised Again

The first upcoming Royal Enfield motorcycle is expected to be launched in the coming weeks. Known as Meteor 350, it will be a replacement for the Thunderbird 350 and features a slightly different design language. The motorcycle has been equipped with a revised headlight and taillight setup while the instrument panel is also new. The Meteor is further expected to feature a 350cc BS6-compliant engine while the body panels have been offered an all-black outlook to set it apart from the Thunderbird series.

Next-Gen Royal Enfield Classic 350 Spotted Again

The second motorcycle is expected to be the next-gen model of the Royal Enfield Classic that has been spotted multiple times testing on the Indian roads while features a host of appreciating updates setting it apart from the present-gen version. The updated motorcycle has been equipped with a revised taillight setup while the under-seat panel and the grab rail are also new. The brand has further equipped it with a new seat setup while the instrument panel has also been revised. The next-gen RE Classic is expected to make its official debut around the festive season this year.

All-New Royal Enfield Motorcycle Spotted; To Rival Jawa Forty Two

The last motorcycle to be launched by the Indian brand is the recently spotted all-new cruiser with aggressive styling. The motorcycle features a different design language as compared to all other motorcycles under the brand’s portfolio though the smaller height offered to it suggests that it might have been specifically designed for the women or young riders in the Indian market.

There has been no official confirmation received on the name tag of the upcoming 250cc motorcycle though it is expected to be either Royal Enfield Hunter or Roadster as the brand has recently filed trademarks for these two names. One can further expect the all-new 250cc RE motorcycle to launch in the Indian market by the end of this year.
