Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Rear Disc Model Launched @ INR 1.54 Lakh (On-Road)

Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Rear Disc is now official for INR 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai). The on-road price is around INR 1.54 lakh in Mumbai. The motorcycle remains exactly the same as standard Bullet model, adding front disc brake sourced from Classic 350 and rear swingarm with the Thunderbird 350. The rear disc brake is also similar among all three bikes. Royal Enfield has not pushed ABS into the Bullet 350 Rear Disc variant, leaving the progress for 2019 along with the Thunderbird range. The black shade stays pure, carrying the iconic pinstripes on the fuel tank and side covers. The Royal Enfield moniker is also retro-inspired, placed within a silver piece that resembles a wing.

The addition of dual disc brake makes Bullet series more valuable than before, leaving Royal Enfield fans with an option to spend lesser amount than the INR 1.48 lakh worth Classic 350. Bullet 350 Rear Disc is available with electric starter for kick-free riding. The lineup is neatly divided into Bullet, Classic, Thunderbird and Himalayan range as Indian market is yet to get the fifth Twins segment and sixth Continental GT section was willingly discontinued a long time back. The above four sections are now available with electric starter and dual disc brakes as standard.

Royal Enfield is also working fast on the ABS feature, with Classic 500 and Himalayan getting the dual channel unit. Classic 350 offers the same on two color variants while Thunderbird and Bullet series completely requires the addition. As all of them are sharing the same architecture, braking and other components, it is Royal Enfield own decision as when they plan to turn the entire lineup into the ABS league. As they are taking INR 14,000 for the component, one can guess how much their favorite bike will cost after the inclusion of ABS. Every Royal Enfield motorcycle sold on and after April 1, 2019 will get ABS as standard.
