Royal Enfield is on a launching spree as they recently launched the 650cc Twins and now the brand seems to be preparing for the launch of the all-new Classic Scrambler in India in coming months. The upcoming bike was spotted at a dealership earlier this year and it is expected to be launched in India soon. The motorcycle was recently spotted testing to comply with the ARAI standards in Pune. The first image of the Classic based Scrambler was shared by the Royal Enfield Bullet Club and it sure looks appealing. Though, some parts of the bike were covered but we can spot some rather captivating enhancements.
You can see a sticker or a decal on the air filter box, though it is not clear. Taking inspiration from the Bullet Electra, the front suspension of the scrambler gets rubber fork covers and the handlebar is a bit more upright. You can witness an up-swept exhaust, a single seat, and the rear end gets a luggage carrier. One of the major changes includes dual purpose rear tire to take charge on the road with ease. There hasn’t been any detail of the engine specifications of the scrambler yet but judging from the past, it will most probably be launched in both 350cc and 500cc variants. Meanwhile, we will keep you posted about the bike when our sources will gather further information.
