Just two days before the official launch on August 7th, the technical specs of the 2022 Royal Enfield Hunter 350 have been unveiled. The variant finished in Dapper White looks stunning in the official image and, according to the information, the bike has a top speed of 114 Kmph and a wet weight of 181 Kg. It should be noted that the RE Hunter 350 becomes the lightest bike by the brand at this weight.
However, the claimed top speed is somewhat perplexing. It’s too low for its class, much lower than its main competitors, the TVS Ronin and the Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise. As for the powertrain, it is the same J-series unit but with slight updates in the transmission ratios.
The bike in the images is finished in a glossy and superior Dapper White with a distinctive ‘Ride’ sticker on the tank recesses. The offset cluster and switch gear are the same as on the Meteor 350. In addition, there was speculation that the bike would come with two variants: Retro and Metro. Now, as seen in the info, there are sub-variants of the Metro and they are called Metro Rebel. These are nothing but the dual-tone shades, though.
All the variants of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 are going to boast a twin downtube spine frame and features identical to the Meteor 350, such as 800mm seat height, a 13-litre fuel tank and 150mm of ground clearance.
