Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Instrument Console Photos Leaked: For the first time ever, the instrument console of the upcoming 350cc Royal Enfield Meteor cruiser motorcycle has been spotted in a clear set of photos. We recently also reported that the Chennai-based brand is all set to launch the much-awaited Meteor 350 in the coming weeks. In terms of pricing, the upcoming product would be getting a price tag of around INR 1.70 lakhs (ex-showroom), and it would be competing with the likes of Jawa Classic 300.
Coming back to the instrument console, it features an asymmetrical dual-pod design. On the left side, there is a big analogue-digital dial which features a circular screen in the centre. The speedometer is analogue while the digital screen is expected to display a fuel gauge, an odometer, a trip meter, a clock, a side stand indicator, and maybe a gear indicator as well.
Apart from the dial on the left side, the console features another small screen on the right side which has been specifically placed for navigation purposes. It is expected that the riders would be able to connect their smartphone with the motorcycle (via Bluetooth) to get the riding stats and they may also be able to manage the phone calls and control the music from the console itself.
The upcoming Royal Enfield Meteor 350 will come equipped with a fuel-injected engine complying to the new BS6 emission norms. In terms of design, the front fascia of the motorcycle has been adorned with a round halogen headlight unit mated to LED DRLs. The teardrop fuel tank has been taken from the Thunderbird 350 while the split seat setup adds to its authenticity. The motorcycle is expected to launch with four colour options: yellow, red, white, and black.
