Royal Enfield Sales Report: Royal Enfield recently posted the sale figure for Feb 2018. They sold 71,354 units during this 28 day period while as always, the top selling product was Classic 350 (48,557 units). Himalayan Sleet was recently introduced for die hard touring fans but could not catch up with others due to lesser demand.
The brand successfully took fifth position away from Yamaha India last year. It is yet to be seen if Yamaha could recover from this in Q1 2018. Classic 350 is the highest selling RE motorcycle of all time. It accounts to almost 70% in terms of overall number in most months. Second best-selling product from their side was Bullet 350 with 11,404 units.
Thunderbird series is not that good in numbers as they just got 3208 units for 350 and 143 units for Thunderbird 500. Himalayan sold 942 units while Bullet 500 was good for 432 units in Feb 2018. Bullet ES is also a popular model as they sold 3304 units for the colorful Bullet with majority chrome parts.
