Royal Enfield is Unstoppable! 72,588 Motorcycles Sold in June 2018

Royal Enfield Sales Report: Royal Enfield is in no mood to let another brand enjoy a piece of cake from its segment. The June 2018 sales number has further their claim. They sold 72,588 units during this 30 days period, registering 18% YoY growth from 61,671 units in June 2017.

The sales are about to reach their increased production number and thus, will require Royal Enfield to speed up their mission of reaching the 1 million benchmark. The sales report for the first quarter of FY2019 claimed 2,19,725 units from Royal Enfield, helping them gain a consistent 18% growth rate during this 3-month period.

The exports for RE products improved by 27%, claiming a total of 1889 units for their non-Indian markets like South America, UK, and Europe. Adding both these numbers bring the fifth highest selling position to Royal Enfield with 74,477 units for June 2018.

The ever-increasing fan base for their products is a result of effective marketing and inclusion of limited run models like Classic 500 Pegasus and Despatch Edition. Royal Enfield in India’s fifth largest motorcycle brand by production volume and sales. They were once extinct due to lack of models and bringing Classic series changed their fortune by adding multiple times the number of customers than in 2010. After getting a good hold on the domestic market, they started venturing into Asian, European and American markets.

Unlike Hero, TVS, and Bajaj, their volume for exports is still much smaller. They are offering mouth-watering discounts on their entire range of accessories till 15 August 2018, helping riders enjoy world-class safety and comfort packed riding throughout their journey.
