Scomadi Scooters Are Coming to India Soon, TT125 to Launch @ INR 1.98 Lakh

Scomadi Scooters will officially enter India in coming months. They have teamed up with AJ performance of Pune and completed homologation for their first scooter named TT125. Here TT stands for Turismo Technica while Scomadi is short for ‘scooter manufacturing and distribution’. Scomadi sources the 125cc engine from Aprilia and they have moved their facility from China to Thailand for better quality production. When the engine lands in Thailand, they mount it on frame that is different from SR125. Not just that, the engine itself is different in terms of bore and stroke. Fuel injection from Delphi stays standard.

Scomadi Scooters Are Coming to India Soon!

Standard model of TT125 generates 11 HP @ 7300 rpm and Scomadi also offers a custom tune for performance lovers as they claim 15 HP of output in specially modified cases. They will not offer TT200 here as both scooters share entire part list except for the engine. If buyers choose anything specific than stock version, they will have to wait for 3 months before actual delivery is given. This include custom paint scheme and performance upgrades. Dual channel ABS with Nissin front and rear disc brake comes standard on Scomadi TT125. They claim 330mm of ground clearance while seat height stays 773mm. Buyers get Pirelli 110mm front and 120mm rear tyre.

The huge 11 liter fuel tank leaves no space for under-seat storage and buyers get rear luggage carrier as well as front storage compartment as standard. Full digital single pod console on Scomadi TT125 comes with all required features while front headlight is full LED with daytime running lights. Rear gets full time glowing LED light. Bookings for the scooter will begin soon while the ex-showroom Pune price is INR 1.98 lakh. This may be a shocker for everyone but Scomadi is charging all this for exclusivity and list of premium features. TT125 is a lifestyle product and will chase huge numbers in India.
