Sinnis GPX 125 Sportbike Looks Fantastic! – Rivals KTM RC 125

Sinnis, a UK-based bikemaker, recently launched its GPX 125 bike, which could be a strong competitor to the KTM RC 125 in European markets. The GPX 125 is the first-ever fully-faired motorcycle by the brand that debuted in the UK. As per the pricing, this newly launched bike costs around 3,299 pounds in the UK, which is approximately Rs 3.33 lakh, and looks quite expensive, but it is 1,750 pounds less than the KTM RC 125 in the British two-wheeler market.

In terms of design and styling, the Sinnis GPX 125 bodywork has been designed and streamlined to offer class-leading aerodynamics as well as a truly race-inspired appearance. The Sinnis GPX 125 has LED headlights embedded inside pods, LED running lights, and a taillight. The design features a futuristic light that gives the bike a racing appearance.

The perfectly shaped fairing blends with the muscular fuel tank and a sharp tail section. Powering the Sinnis GPX 125 is a 124.2cc, Euro5, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 4-valve, DOHC engine that is capable of churning out 12.7 PS at 9500rpm and 10.67 Nm of torque at 7500rpm. Built on a tubular steel frame, the GPX 125 tips the scales at 158kg. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels and is offered in two shades: Ultimate Grey and Carbon Black.

Speaking of the suspension duties, they are handled by the upside-down front forks and the mono-shock at the rear end. Braking chores have been delegated to disc brakes with axial callipers at both ends. While the underpinnings are comparable to competitors, Sinnis has chosen a combined braking system over ABS. As far as the bike’s India launch is concerned, it doesn’t seem to come to our shores anytime soon.
