Suzuki Gixxer SF Pros & Cons

Suzuki Gixxer SF Pros & Cons

Cons of Gixxer SF

1) Air-cooled Engine

Since Gixxer SF is a faired bike with the engine covered that means the engine cannot cool off naturally and easily. Although there are special air ducts provided by Suzuki but riding for longer hours could mean a disaster. So, oil/liquid cooling is something which is mandatory for faired bikes like Gixxer SF.

2) No ABS

Although Suzuki has offered double disc brakes as a option but ABS is not in the picture so far and that’s what may keep some buyers away from Gixxer SF.new-suzuki-gixxer-sf-sp-official-23) Controversial Exhaust Design

If you are the one, who is concerned about every little detail of your bike, then probably the exhaust design may bother you! It comes with a love-it hate-it design.

4) Lack of 6th Gear

Suzuki should have provided 6-speed gearbox on the Gixxer SF like other faired bikes in India like the Bajaj Pulsar RS200, Yamaha R15 and Honda CBR150R.

5) Uncomfortable Rear Seat

The pillion seat of Gixxer SF is hard and not very comfortable, making the rides tiring for the pillion rider.
