Suzuki GSX-R1000R Gets Classic Racebike Colors

Suzuki GSX-R1000R Team Classic color scheme is the best thing about a superbike that you would have seen from the morning. The livery is inspired from GSX-R750’s original design, highlighted here through the blue stripes running across the fairing.

Suzuki Vintage Parts, Motul and Ecstar monikers can be seen on various layers of the fairing. The top side of the fuel tank is seen in the blue shade while side fairing flaunts white, red and black shade in a perfect proportion. The race replica is a one-off model but Suzuki could consider turning the dream into reality through limited retail units.

R1000RTeam Classic GSX-R1000R comes with a host of accessories like brake and clutch lever guard, engine case protectors, double bubble dream and a pillion seat cowl. Suzuki also hints about gathering customer feedback and producing the model in the coming months.

Team Classic moniker comes from a UK-based race team that uses older Suzuki models to participate in various endurance races. The special edition is based on top spec GSX-R1000R, leaving buyers up to date with complex electronic equipment like adjustable USD forks, traction control, riding modes and more. The motorcycle is priced at INR 19.80 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) in India.
