Suzuki’s Most-Affordable 1000cc Bike Revealed – Develops 48HP

Suzuki's Most-Affordable 1000cc Motorcycle Goes On Sale

Suzuki has introduced the GSX-S950 streetfighter, which has been customised exclusively for A2 licence holders in Europe. The motorcycle’s performance is limited by electronics since it only produces 48HP, a far cry from the 152HP output of the GSX-S1000. The motor of the GSX-S950 A2 will definitely seem slow, but because it is only an ECU remap, the power can be increased to 95HP once the rider’s abilities have advanced.

To make the bike even more affordable, Suzuki has replaced most of the items from the unrestricted model with more affordable components. As a result, the front adjustment has vanished, as has the rear adjustability, which now solely allows for modifying preload settings. The Brembo brake callipers on the GSX-S950 have been replaced by Tokico callipers with the same disc size at both ends.

The Dunlop Sportmax tyres, ride-by-wire, traction management, and low RPM assistance features are all carried over. It may also benefit from the same superbike-derived swingarm, rear suspension, and twin-spar aluminium shell as the bigger flagship, tremendous naked model, for noticeably comparable highway efficiency. The GSX-950, like the larger bike, will be available in Metallic Matt Black and Metallic Triton Blue.

As far as pricing is concerned, the bike is available in the European markets with a price tag of 10,400 Euros which is equivalent to 8.48 lakh Indian Rupees. While the Suzuki GSX-S950 might make sense for the budget-conscious Indian market, there has been no word from the manufacturer about bringing it here.
