Best-Selling 600cc-1000cc Bikes in India: Premium motorcycles saw a huge rise in overall sales in March 2018. The shocking numbers came back to normal in April 2018 as the start of FY 2018-19 seems to be slower than normal for highest selling brands of India. Bikes between 600-1000cc are preferred due to a healthy amount of power and amateur friendly overall dynamics.

  1. Harley-Davidson Street 750 – 71 units
  2. Kawasaki Z900 – 46 units
  3. Triumph Tiger 800 – 43 units
  4. Harley-Davidson Street Rod – 34 units
  5. Triumph Street Triple – 27 units
  6. Kawasaki Ninja 650 – 21 units
  7. Honda CBR650F – 20 units
  8. Kawasaki Z650 – 19 units
  9. Kawasaki Versys 650 – 17 units
  10. Kawasaki Ninja 1000 – 9 units
  11. Harley Davidson Iron 883 – 9 units
  12. Triumph Street Twin – 8 units
  13. Triumph Bonneville T100 – 5 units
  14. Kawasaki Vulcan S – 2 units
  15. Kawasaki Z1000 – 2 units

The most selling among them was Street 750 with 71 units for April 2018. The number is less than half of what Harley sold last month. Still, it is the best selling motorcycle with an affordable INR 5.25 lakh price tag. Kawasaki Z900 came second with 46 units in those 30 days. Newly launched 2018 Triumph Tiger was third with 43 units.

Harley-Davidson Street Rod is an amazingly popular model with 34 units of sale in April 2018. It lost 100 units from its number of March 2018. Triumph Street Triple was good for 27 units, including both S and RS variant. Kawasaki Ninja 650 scored 21 units while CBR650F followed close with 20 units of sale in April 2018.

Kawasaki Z650 chased both the machine with 19 units in the sale while Versys 650 was the last one to claim two-digit sales figure. Ninja 1000 and Harley Iron 883 were good for just 9 units each in April 2018. Street Twin was even miserable at just 8 units.

Bonneville T100 got 5 buyers while both Vulcan S and Z1000 from Kawasaki were good for 2 units. Apart from these 15 bikes, INR 33.30 lakh worth Ninja H2 registered 1 unit in April 2018.
