Best-Selling 600cc-1000cc Bikes in India: Every month has a different story from popular superbike brands of India. The numbers are so vivid that top-selling bike on this list sometimes scores equal to all others combined while next month, cannot even stay close to its own best.
The story for May 2018 has good numbers for first few options and drastic drop after a certain point. Harley Davidson Street 750 is the best selling motorcycle in the 600-1000cc segment, claiming 103 buyers with a base price tag of INR 5.25 lakh. Kawasaki Vulcan S was launched to take on cruiser segment and getting the second position with 67 units shows a clean success streak.

Also, one can understand that buyers demand easy riding position when spending under INR 6 lakh (on-road). Street Rod from Harley scored 50 units while Triumph Tiger 800 and Kawasaki Z900 got next two positions with 44 units and 30 units respectively.
Street Triple stood sixth with 27 units while Kawasaki Z650 was only good for 19 units. Ninja 650 and Triumph Street Twin followed close with 15 units each in May 2018. The tenth spot was bagged by Iron 883 (14 units) with its unique styling.
Newly launched Suzuki GSX-S750 scored 11 units while Honda CBR650F was good for just 8 units. Kawasaki Versys 650 may not be as popular as other 650cc bikes from the brand but getting 7 buyers was a feat in itself. Bonneville T100, another relaxed rider on this list, got 5 buyers in May 2018.
Honda CB1000R was once counted as dead in the superbike section but still, the brand managed to get 4 buyers for their typical street machine. Apart from these 15 bikes, the supercharged Kawasaki Ninja H2 got 2 buyers while Kawasaki Ninja 1000 and Suzuki GSX-R1000 were good for a single unit each in May 2018.
