Top 20 best-selling scooters of September 2018 claim enormous numbers, starting with none other than the evergreen Honda Activa with 2,84,809 units. The scooter missed on the growth numbers that it usually posts around this section of the year. TVS Jupiter, the second slot winner, scored 90,738 units for an impressive growth percentage. The list is getting bigger numbers day by day as even 125cc Suzuki Access posted 46,931 units in September 2018. Next two positions were bagged by Honda Dio (44,937 units) and Hero Maestro Edge (37,367 units) respectively.
Hero Duet is another best seller with 23,124 units while NTorq got 20,820 units during the same period. Yamaha Fascino also crossed the 20,000 mark while all others were struggling to get a number similar in dominance as the top 10 bikes. High scorers of all-time include Yamaha Ray, Honda Grazia, and Suzuki Burgman Street. Piaggio Vespa and Honda Aviator were good for the next two positions while Zest was the last scooter from TVS to score a number above 5000 mark. Aprilia SR series, Yamaha Alpha and Honda Cliq are the last three products on this list, with Cliq being the least selling scooter with just 776 units.
