TRONX ONE Crossover Electric Bike Launched in India @ INR 49,999

TRONX ONE e-bike has been launched in India for an introductory price of INR 49,999. The effective price tag is available for a limited number of units through pre-orders. Tronx Motors was earlier known by the name Volta Motors.

The newly launched e-bike can only be bought after registering on t-store and receiving an invitation. Tronx One is built from aerograde alloy, allowing it to be rigid, rust free and lightweight in comparison to standard metals. Rider can achieve up to 25 kph of top speed and claim 50 km of riding distance in continuous throttle mode.

The maximum riding distance improves to 85 km when electronic gear assist mode is selected. The owner can connect Tronx One to the ‘tbike app’ and get values like estimated range and fitness goals. The e-bike uses detachable 36V, 13.4 Ah lithium battery with 250W rear hub motor.

The setup is lightweight and offers 3 pedal assist and 1 walk assist mode. The throttle is achieved through a thumb press and riders get message and call alert options through its primary display. Both tyres are equipped with disc brakes while Shimano 6-speed shifter alloy manual gear selection.

Tronx Motors are offering test rides for their new e-bike in Pune, Mumbai, Goa, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. Buyers can select between Magma Red and Pacific Blue shade for the Tronx One.

Shipping for the model starts July 16, 2018 for those who have already placed an order. The battery takes 3-4 hours for a full charge while overall weight tips the scale at 25 kg, without including the weight of its battery. Front tyre offers 80mm of travel through Zoom Masera suspension. Both ends are equipped with 26 inch tyres.
