TVS Extends Service Expiry & Warranty Dates: With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic that has shattered every industry in the country, several automobile manufacturers are doing their bit to offer some relaxation to the Indian citizens. Many are coming ahead with millions of donations to the health funds, medical facilities and so much more.
After offering a huge help to the government when it comes to the financial aid in tracking the virus, TVS Motor has also come to the aid of its customers that have scheduled the maintenance of their motorcycle before April 14, 2020, the last day of the lockdown imposed by the government.
According to the reports, as the government has limited the footfall in the country and has announced a nationwide lockdown, there is no way for the customers to get their bikes/scooters serviced. Thus TVS Motor has announced an extension for the service expiry and warranty dates.
As per the recent notice issued by the brand, the TVS customers who have their free motorcycle/scooter service due between March and April can redeem it anytime till June 2020. In addition to this, if the warranty of your TVS two-wheeler is expiring between 1st March 2020 and 30th April 2020, the brand is offering automatic warranty extension till 30th June 2020.
Apart from this, the annual maintenance service for the TVS 2-wheelers that is due between March or April can be redeemed anytime before June 2020. The brand is further assisting the customers via helplines for any kind of queries and concerns.
The customers can contact the TVS officials on the toll-free number 1800 2587 111 between 9 AM till 6 PM. The roadside assistance for the motorcycles/scooters is also available from the brand. TVS Motor is constantly trying to offer its bit to the society in the times of hardships which is commendable on so many levels.
