2017 TVS Jupiter BS4 Launched @ INR 49,666
The engine powering the Jupiter remains the same 110 cc, single cylinder air cooled motor that is good for 7.88 BHP at 7500 rpm and 8 Nm at 5500 rpm. It comes mated to an automatic gearbox and gets eco & power mode. 2017 TVS Jupiter can be bought from all dealerships across India while the total sales figure for the same has crossed 15 lakh since its launch in 2013. It can be bought in 3 variants namely Base, ZX and ZX Disc. The range starts from INR 49,666 while goes up to INR 53,666.
2017 TVS Jupiter rivals none other than Honda Activa 4G and Hero Maestro Edge. Jupiter still needs to cover a long gap that can be seen between the sales of the most selling scooter and itself. The added features and new shades could help it make a stronger place in the market as Jupiter still leads the Activa with its front telescopic forks, 12 inch alloy wheels, dual tone shade option and front disc brake. BS4 emission norms will even make the scooter more refined and environment friendly than ever.
