TVS Apache RR 310 4V Price Increased Once Again: The BS6-compliant model of TVS Apache RR 310 4V was launched in India back on January 30 last year with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 2.40 lakhs. The fully-faired bike received its first price hike of INR 5,000 back in July 2020 and another price hike of INR 3,000 in January this year. In one of the recent updates, the brand has increased the price once again, this time by INR 2,000, and the sports bike is now available across the country with a new price tag of INR 2.50 lakhs (ex-showroom).
The BS6 TVS Apache RR 310 is powered by the same 312.2cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected, liquid-cooled engine that generates a maximum power of 34HP @ 9,700 rpm and a peak torque of 27.3Nm @ 7,700 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 6-speed transmission.
One of the major updates offered to the BS6 TVS Apache RR 310 is the addition of a coloured TFT all-digital instrument console that features TVS SmartXonnect connectivity technology. It allows the riders to pair their smartphone to the screen and run a number of functions via the TVS Connect App.
In addition to the updated console, TVS has also equipped the BS6 model of the Apache RR 310 with throttle-by-wire technology, which has further allowed the brand to offer the sportbike with four riding models namely Rain, Urban, Sport, and Track. In Rain and Urban mode, the power and torque values of the motorcycle drop to 25.8HP @ 7,600rpm and 25Nm @ 6,700rpm respectively. The top speed also falls to 125kmph from 160kmph.
