TVS Ntorq 125 Launched in India: TVS Ntorq 125 has been launched in India for INR 58,750. The recent event by TVS Motors brings production spec scooter for the masses, detailing all of the first in-class features that fans will get with Ntorq 125.
First and most important fact is the use of single cylinder, 124.79cc three valve engine producing 9.4 HP at 7500 rpm and 10.5 Nm at 5500 rpm. The figures are pleasing to the eyes but practically, 116.1 kg of weight makes it quite high against the existing competition. Ntorq measures just 1865 mm in length, 710 mm in width and 1160 mm in height. Wheelbase stands at 1285 mm.
TVS NTorq 125 brings forward the aircraft design with its short length and sharply designed body panels. It is the first scooter from its segment to carry a fully digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity. TVS offers the scooter with sporty matte shades like Yellow, Red, White and Green.
They have wisely crafted the outer panels in such a way that every shade appear to be dual tone in nature. TVS specific exhaust system further makes it look impressive from right side. Tyres on use are 100/80-12 on the front and 110/80-12 at the rear.
Black alloy wheels, 220mm front disc brake and front telescopic suspension completes the overall package. Ntorq 125 comes with a five liter fuel tank. Unlike other scooters around with LED lights, TVS went forward with a halogen bulb. The navigation assist and caller ID feature from its new console will help rider decide the priority of riding or parking at some side to take the phone call.
TVS claims 0-60 kmph in just 9 seconds while 95 kmph of top speed will ensure occasional thrilling highway rides. Apart from that, Ntorq 125 comes with engine kill switch, daytime running lights, 22 liters of under-seat storage and USB charger. It rivals none other than Honda Grazia in India.
