Ultraviolette F77 Sports Bike India Launch on November 13

According to recent reports, the Ultraviolette F77 sports bike, the debut product from the brand is all set to launch on November 13, 2019. The motorcycle has been spotted testing on the Bengaluru roads earlier this year while the recently spotted test mules give a clear view on the brand’s first offering.

The eco-friendly footprint set by the motorcycle makes it one of the most anticipated motorcycles from the Bengaluru-based startup. Coming to the designing bits, the Ultraviolette F77 sports bike features a streetfighter-inspired headlight set up at the front in addition to featuring a fully-faired profile to offer maximum protection to the electric units.

In addition to this, the motorcycle gets a clip-on handlebar which adds to its sporty profile while the position of the footpegs ensures an aggressive riding position for the rider. The test mules of the motorcycle feature an all-white fairing though the production variant is expected to get distinguished detailing in addition to the actual name badging on the body panels. The Ultraviolette F77 features a sharp rear-end design, which is inspired by the KTM sports motorcycles.

The faux fuel tank setup will further feature the battery and the motor components while at the same time offering a traditional sports motorcycle look. The F77 e-bike has been equipped with Metzler M5s tyres at either end and features a conventional start system though the production variant is expected to feature a keyless ignition system but there has been no confirmation on the same as of yet.

The Ultraviolette F77 sports bike has been equipped with a 25kW motor that is capable of generating a maximum torque of 90Nm. The motorcycle claims 0-100 kph in just 8 seconds while the top speed stands at 140kmph. Once launched in India, the motorcycle will compete in the market with the likes of 200-250cc petrol motorcycles. The F77 electric bike is expected to get an ex-showroom price tag of around INR 2 lakh.
