Yamaha recently launched the updated BS6-compliant model of the FZ25 street motorcycle in the Indian markets. The new version has started reaching dealerships across the country while the deliveries are expected to commence very soon. MRD Vlogs, one of the popular YouTube channels, has just posted a detailed walkaround video review of the Metallic Black BS6 Yamaha FZ25 showcasing the updated 250cc motorcycle from all possible angles.
The video has been shot at a Yamaha dealership located in Nambardar Market, Islampur Village, Sector 38, Gurugram, Haryana. As revealed in the video, the ex-showroom price of the bike stands at INR 1.52 lakhs while the on-road price in Gurugram hovers around INR 1.85 lakhs. Apart from the Metallic Black colour option, the BS6-compliant Yamaha FZ25 is also available in Racing Blue shade. Mechanically, new Yamaha FZ25 is powered by the same 249cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected, air+oil cooled engine that is now BS6-compliant and capable of generating maximum power of 20.8 HP @ 8,000 rpm and a peak torque of 20.1 Nm @ 6,000 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed gearbox. In comparison to the BS4 model, the updated version generates 0.1 HP less power and 0.1 Nm more torque.
