Yamaha has announced a price increase for several models in its India portfolio, including the Yamaha R15 V4, which was previously raised in May 2022. In India, the Yamaha R15 V4 has seen yet another price increase.
While the manufacturer raised the price by Rs 600 in May, the latest rise raises the price by Rs 500. ‘World GP 60th Anniversary Edition’ has a Rs 900 price increase this month.
Even though the motorcycle has increased in price by roughly Rs 1,100 in the last two months, it is still less expensive than the KTM RC 200, which costs Rs 2.13 lakh. It is also less expensive than the KTM RC 125, which costs Rs 1.87 lakh.
Despite the price increases, it remains mechanically, aesthetically, and functionally unchanged. The 155cc single-cylinder engine produces 18.4 HP and 14.2 Nm in all models. They also have the same aggressive appearance, which includes an LED projector and DRLs, an LCD instrument cluster, and USD forks.
The starting price of the YZF-R15 V4 is Rs 1,77,400 vs. Rs 1,76,900 in May and the YZF-R15M WGP 60th Edition is Rs 1,88,800 compared to Rs 1,88,300 previously. Talking about the Yamaha YZF-R15M, it is now available in the Indian markets with a starting ex-showroom price tag of Rs 1,87,400.
