Yamaha Motors India has launched a shade named Matt Green for the 125cc Saluto in its lineup. The shade is the same as the one available on Yamaha FZ-S version 2.0. It has been launched with an additional charge of INR 1,000 over the actual price. The drum brake variant is launched at INR 53,600 while the disc brake can be bought for INR 56,100. No other changes have been made to the motorcycle.
The shade will reach the dealers within 1 week from today. The engine powering the Saluto is a 125cc, air cooled unit producing 8.18 Bhp and 10.1 Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 4-speed gearbox while its overall weight is just 113 kg (disc variant) with full fuel tank and all fluids. The seat height measures 805 mm while the fuel tank used on the bike measures 7.6 liters. Yamaha Saluto is the most economical 125 cc motorcycle with low weight, better performance and 78 kmpl of claimed mileage.
