New Yezdi Roadster Launched in India – Here is the Price List

The long-awaited iconic motorcycle brand, Yezdi Motorcycles, is back with a bang in the Indian two-wheeler market. The Mahindra & Mahindra-owned Classic Legends has finally launched the three astonishing bikes in the country today in a virtual launch event through Youtube. The first motorcycle we are talking about is the Yezdi Roadster, which is launched with a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 1.98 lakh. The Roadster is the most approachable and road-oriented motorcycle of the trio.

Speaking of the deliveries and test rides, Mr Ashish Singh Joshi, CEO of Classic Legends, stated during the event that the bikes have already reached the 300+ brand-owned dealerships across the country and the Yezdi lovers need not wait to get the bikes home. Also, buyers can take test rides on the motorcycles; for that, they can contact the nearby dealerships or book a test ride through the company’s official website.

When it comes to design and styling, the Roadster is an impeccable blend of classic and modern aesthetics and gets a compact headlamp, minor tinted flyscreen, alloy wheels along with tubeless tyres, continental ABS, backrest for pillions and an LCD speedo pod with plenty of information including trip meter, distance to empty, time and gear indicator.

Powering the 2022 Yezdi Roadster is a 334cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that uses electronic fuel injection technology and is capable of churning out 29.7 PS of max power at 7300rpm and 29 Nm of max torque at 6470rpm. This engine is coupled to a six-speed, constant-mesh gearbox.

Built on the dual-cradle chassis, the all-new Roadster is offered in two variants: Dark and Chrome. The Dark theme offers three shades like Smoke Grey, Hunter Green, and Steel Blue, while the Chrome theme includes two shades that are Sin Silver and Gallant Grey. There is a slight difference in the price according to the theme, as the Dark theme starts at Rs 1.98 lakh, while the Chrome theme starts at Rs 2.06 lakh. Both are ex-showroom prices in Delhi.
