Bentley Continental GT is one amazing luxury car of its kind. It became even more eye popping when Classic Youngtimers gave it an overall makeover and helped it stay ready for every tough situation. After its rebirth, it was named Bentley Continental GT Off-Road.
Based on a 2004 model, this car had gone more than 85,000 kilometers before this off road package was applied to its body. The first thing that got some modification was its suspension. It was lifted 75mm and required changes were made to the wheel arches so that enough travel is provided to the wheels.
A custom spare wheel was placed on its roof while skid plate was added to the rear. For more protection. The roof rack was specially designed as it was not possible to mount the huge spare wheel to its rear end. Classic Youngtimers are using 285mm all terrain tyres with high speed rating on 20 inch wheels of the car.
Those tyres have a huge side profile and thus, one can expect comfortable all terrain ride experience all the time. All chrome parts are now finished in matt black while engine was kept stock due to its powerful by birth nature.
The 6.0L, W12 engine on Bentley Continental GT Off Road is good for 552 BHP. They have not recorded the 0-100 kmph times but expects the owner to ride it on 100 kmph on roads where the stock Bentley could not even imagine to go. Stock GT is good for 0-100 kmph in just 4.8 seconds.
They are offering this car for €80,000 (INR 64.75 lakh approx). Do consider that it was 14 years old and then modified. Otherwise, a new Bentley sedan with all this would have been a pocket burner for sure.
