BYD T3 MPV and T3 Minivan Officially Launched in India

BYD (Build Your Dreams) India has officially entered into the electric vehicle market by debuting two new electric vehicles (EVs) by the name T3 pure electric passenger MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) and the T3 pure electric commercial logistics minivan. The BYD India is a subsidiary of the BYD Group, China. Both the BYD electric vans have been equipped with the brand’s proprietary battery technology that has been proven safe as well as reliable by the company's 11 years of track record. The brand is also looking out for local Indian partners for extending their portfolio of electric vehicles in the country. We are also the first OEM in the country to export e-buses to overseas markets from India. The safety of the EVs is further enhanced by a reverse parking camera and sensors in addition to standard safety features like ABS with EBD, Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), braking override and more. The brand has also equipped the electric vehicles with Controller Area Network (CAN) bus communication system that allows better management in addition to offering improved mileage and saving energy. Coming to the batteries, both the T3 MPV and T3 Minivan requires 1.5 hours for a full charge using a DC charger. The EVs are known to cover a distance of 300 km with a fully charged battery. BYD’s cutting-edge technology allows EVs to save consumption when compared to traditional fuel vehicles. The brand has not yet revealed the price range of both cars.
