Datsun redi-GO Sport Edition launched at Rs 3.49 lakh

Datsun has launched the limited run redi-GO Sport Edition in India at a price tag of INR 3.49 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The car was teased a few days back, revealing the changes which were expected on the exterior. It now carries a sportier exterior with racing stripes, roof mounted spoiler, gunmetal finish front grill with red inserts and black wheel caps.

The Sport Edition also carries an all black interior with red stitching on the seats and red inserts within the cabin. It is based on the topmost S trim and comes with safety features like driver airbag. Along with that, it comes with remote keyless entry, parking sensors, LED DRL’s and Bluetooth compatibility.

The Sport Edition is available in just Grey, White and Red shade while the engine stays exactly the same. The 799 cc, 3-cylinder motor is sourced from Renault KWID and produces 53 HP of maximum power. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
