2021 Force Gurkha SUV Spotted Again (New Photos): The production-spec model of 2021 Force Gurkha off-roader has been spotted testing again in a new set of photos. Some of the key highlights include the likes of premium headlights with circular LED strips, body-coloured headlight and front-grille casing, stylish alloy wheels, a slightly different bumper in comparison to the base model, a black snorkel, a luggage carrier on the roof, and a small ladder at the rear end.

2021 Force Gurkha SUV Spotted Again

The updated BS6-compliant model of the Force Gurkha SUV was officially revealed by the brand at the Auto Expo back in February 2020 while the official launch got delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The retro outlook of the SUV has been retained by the brand though there have been a plethora of new updates offered to the 2021 model of the product to set it apart from the last-gen variant. The body wheel arches add to its sporty exterior design while the addition of new 16-inch alloy wheels further enhances its style language.

The dashboard has also been redesigned and now features a touchscreen infotainment system mated to the circular air-conditioner vents. In addition to this, the instrument cluster has also been revised and features a Multi-Information Display (MID) display in the centre of a speedometer and a tachometer.

The Force Gurka continues to be powered by the same 2.6-litre diesel engine which it is now BS6-compliant. It is now capable of offering a maximum power of 90HP which is 5HP higher as compared to the 85HP offered by the BS4 version. For your reference, the torque value stands at 280 Nm.

The engine is further mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. The updated SUV also features the similar independent suspension at the front while featuring coil springs at all the four corners. The customers will also be able to avail the SUV with a 2WD system, and it would be competing with the likes of the all-new Mahindra Thar.
