In addition to revealing the new Force Gurkha standard variant at the Auto Expo back in February last year, the brand also showcased the heavily customized Force Gurkha model which has been imparted with extreme off-road capabilities in addition to getting a lift kit as well as other necessary modifications.
The customized Force Gurkha showcased at the event features a set of large knobby tyres while getting a raised suspension setup which allows it to tower over other cars on the road. In addition to this, the brand has equipped the off-road SUV with a heavily accessorized kit settled on large wheels with prominent wheel arches.
The off-roading capabilities of the customized SUV have been further enhanced with the jerry cans, nets, set of ladders, auxiliary lights at the roof, as well as a massive carrier on top featuring a large spare tyre.
There wasn’t much information revealed on the interiors of the customized SUV though one can expect it to feature similar designing traits as well as the equipment offered on the standard 2021 Force Gurka variant.
The touchscreen infotainment system is expected to be flanked by circular AC vents while the SUV is expected to feature a similar instrument console as well. The brand has only revealed the customized Gurkha in a four-seater version with a three-door setup.
The brand has only imparted the SUV with cosmetic changes to make it look more off-road specific while the engine specifications remain the same when compared to the standard version. Powering the customized Gurkha is the same BS6-compliant 2.6-litre diesel engine that is capable of offering maximum power of 90HP. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard.
There has been no official confirmation received if the brand will be launching the production variant of the customized Force Gurkha in the market, though the mighty beast does serve as an inspiration to the hardcore off-roading enthusiasts.
