BS6 Ford Endeavour Price Increased: As expected, Ford has increased the price of the BS6-compliant Endeavour SUV by up to INR 1.20 lakhs in the Indian market. The prices were supposed to get a hike back in April but the company postponed the same due to the Coronavirus lockdown. The price range of the SUV now starts at INR 29.99 lakhs and goes all the way up to INR 34.45 lakhs.

The updated Ford Endeavour is equipped with a 2.0-litre EcoBlue turbo-diesel engine that is BS6 compliant and is capable of churning out a maximum power of 170 HP and a peak torque of 420 Nm. The engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The SUV is capable of offering 13.9 kmpl of mileage from its 4×2 version while the 4×4 version of the engine is good for 12.4 kmpl. Both the updated mileage figures have witnessed an increase considering the ones offered by the BS4 versions.
In terms of the interiors, the updated SUV features almost identical styling when compared to the last-gen version though the brand has revised the gear lever. The SUV continues to feature the 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system while the top-end variants have been equipped with the premium features that include the likes of 7 airbags as standard, parallel park assist, rear and front parking sensors and more. The 2020 Ford Endeavour competes in the market with the likes of Toyota Fortuner, Mahindra Alturas G4 and the Isuzu MU-X.
