Ford India has just launched the Freestyle Flair Special Edition with a price tag of INR 7.69 lakhs for the petrol model and INR 8.79 lakhs for the diesel model. The prices mentioned here are ex-showroom Delhi. The Freestyle Flair is based on the Titanium+ variant of the car and is priced INR 30,000 higher in comparison to it.
In terms of exterior, the Freestyle Flair Special Edition has been imparted with a sporty red-black colour theme which features a gloss black roof, all-black alloy wheels, red outside rear-view mirrors, red roof rails, black-red graphics on the doors, and a red skid plate integrated inside the front bumper. Coming to the interior, the car features ‘Flair’ moniker stitched into the seats, red accents on the door handles and a black and grey interior colour combination.
Mechanically, there are no changes and the Ford Freestyle Flair Special Edition continues to be available with two engine options. The 1194cc inline 3-cylinder petrol engine generates a maximum power of 96 HP at 6500 rpm and a peak torque of 119 Nm at 4250 rpm. On the other hand, the 1499cc inline 4-cylinder diesel engine is good for 100 HP at 3750 rpm and 215 Nm at 1750-2500 rpm. Both the engine options have been further mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard.
