According to a close and reliable source of ET Auto, Hyundai Grand i10 facelift will launch in India in February 2017. The car has been internationally revealed few months back at 2016 Paris Motor Show while its Indian launch was much awaited due to the addition of features to the hatchback. The car will carry a revised exterior, carrying a different bumper for the 2017 model.

The hexagonal grill on the car will have two round DRL’s at its top corners while the boomerang shaped section of the bumper will have the fog lamps for new Grand i10. The rear bumper is even different with round reflectors and a large black section in it. Interior of the car could get touchscreen infotainment system and automatic climate control from the Xcent compact sedan.
Hyundai Grand i10 will get the same 1.2 liter four cylinder petrol motor, producing 81.9 BHP at 6000 rpm and 114 Nm at 4000 rpm. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and 4-speed automatic gearbox. The second engine is a 1.1 liter diesel motor with 70 BHP and 160 Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox only. The car rivals Maruti Swift and Ford Figo in its segment.
