Hyundai i20 N Line Unofficial Bookings Started Prior to Launch

The popular carmaker Hyundai is going to reveal its i20 N Line on August 24 as the first N Line model for India. And now, we have got to know that the dealerships have already started bookings for the new i20 ahead of its official launch. You can book the forthcoming car by paying Rs. 25000 as the token amount. The all-new Hyundai i20 N Line is likely to start at Rs. 12 lakh (ex-showroom), making it somewhat more expensive than the regular i20’s top-spec petrol trim.

In terms of design, the upcoming i20 is expected to get few changes as compared to the standard model. Talking about the exteriors of the Hyundai car, it gets an all-new grille, revised bumpers both front and rear, a multifunctional 3-spoke steering wheel with cruise control, larger alloy wheels, dual-tip exhaust, Z-shaped taillights and the ‘N Line’ badging. On the inside, we can anticipate the hatchback to get an all-black interior design with red stitching, metal pedals, the ‘N Line’ logo on the seats and many more.

The India-spec Hyundai i20 N Line includes some other features such as BlueLink connected car technology, ambient lighting, a 10.25-inch touchscreen display, and a semi-digital instrument cluster. The i20 N Line will come powered by a BS6-compliant 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine which is also available in the standard i20. Transmission responsibilities are going to be handled by a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT gearbox. The N6 iMT (clutchless manual transmission), N8 iMT, and N8 DCT (dual-clutch automatic) are the three versions of the upcoming car.

Looking forward to the market launch of this upcoming i20, the official date has not been announced by the company but it is expected to make its debut in the Indian car market in September, this year.
