The retuned version of 1.6L turbocharged petrol motor is now good for 201 BHP while torque now gets to a higher point at 295 Nm. The standard 17 inch wheels are replaced with 19 inch units on the N-Sport version.
The rear looks ultra sporty with the quad exhaust system while most other components are kept the same as the stock version. The body kit with side skirts and rear diffuser further enhance its overall looks. The raise in price will be significant on the new version for sure.
India spec Hyundai Tucson is priced between INR 18.99 lakh to INR 24.99 lakh. The 1999 cc, four cylinder petrol engine on the car is good for 155 PS @ 6200 rpm and 192 Nm @ 4000 rpm.
The engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual as well as automatic gearbox. The diesel version of the car uses 1995 cc, four cylinder diesel engine producing 185 PS @ 4000 rpm and 400 Nm @ 1750-2750 rpm. It even gets the same set of gearbox options. Tuscon can only be bought in two wheel drive option.
